We’re looking for confident, articulate, and sharp individuals who can hold a conversation, build trust quickly, and close opportunities over the phone.

If you’re someone who naturally takes control of a conversation, communicates clearly, and backs yourself to perform under pressure, you’ll do well here.

The Role

• Outbound calls to customers with existing health insurance
• Delivering clear, confident conversations that engage and convert
• Identifying opportunities and securing appointments
• Working to targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

The Reward

• £25,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission, no ceiling on earnings
• £35K OTE, top performers exceed this
• Daily and monthly incentives, cash, trips, events
• Early Friday finishes for those hitting target

The Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00am to 6:30pm
• Friday early finish for performers
• No weekends, no late nights, no bank holidays
